Wisconsin Vision

Worst business around, will no longer buy glasses here. I got charge extra for my lenses because I brought in my old frames which were new that I bought from them years ago as backups so because I didn't buy new frames with my eye exam I got charged more for the lenses. Fine and dandy a week later my frames with lenses come in and they're scratched very bad, so I go back and show them they send them out again and now it's been another two weeks and still nothing. Every time I checked on them or it's going to be a few more days few more days, with no actual reason what to hold up is or what's taking so long it's just going to be a few more days a few more days. Apparently they have no communication or way to check with the lab that makes the lenses which is dumb. Told him I want my frames and my refund I was told I have to get a check mailed to me from corporate and that's going to take a week or so and they'll let me know what my frames come in to give them back.. such a chit show Edit: After this review Alee reached out to me for a conversation and I told her I'm willing to give them another chance but I will not use my local store. I chose the West Allis location to do the follow up with since I'm in that area a lot. I worked with Adam the manager and he was awesome to talk to, Gabi was also nice and pleasant too when I picked up my glasses. I dropped my frames off late Thursday evening before closing and had them back with new lenses the following Wednesday with no drop in communication or run arounds of any kind. I will be using this location from now on! Alee, Adam, and Gabi definitely went above and beyond in professionalism and I will continue to support this company with my business! I bumped the review up to 4 stars from 1 star, would have been 5 if this never took place to start with.

Dr. Sesso is fantastic. He takes time to understand how your vision is doing and I greatly value how he is willing to try different solutions for obtaining the best vision possible. Would strongly recommend!

Excellent, Courteous Service -- Even Without a Sale I visited Wisconsin Vision in Sheboygan twice while deciding how to handle a prescription lens issue. On both visits, I was treated with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Jill provided outstanding service and helpful advice -- she walked me through my options, checked the frames I brought in, and even confirmed that the lenses were properly made (but with an incorrect prescription, due to my own ordering error). She remained warm, understanding, and supportive, even after I made the clear decision to have the lenses remade by the original provider. That level of service -- respectful, pressure-free, and genuinely helpful -- is why I'll absolutely consider Wisconsin Vision for future purchases. Highly recommended.

Great place to get prescription sunglasses. They also did a fantastic job in fixing my everyday glasses. Will definitely be back.

Great doctor and exam. The customer service/front desk is the reason for my rating. The woman I worked with was extremely rude and misquoted my order deliberately by not using my insurance. When I questioned, she challenged my ability to put new lenses in existing frames. As I asked for a breakdown since I had a similar process done prior (used my existing frames and put in new lenses) the woman then started talking in circles and would "go ask." I have recommended Wisconsin Vision before, but after this experience I no longer will. Disappointing experience.

Absolutely great place! I was a walk-in with no prior history, looking for an eyeglass repair. Natalie promptly took my glasses, removed the broken screw, replaced it, and cleaned my glasses. All at no charge! Will definitely work to get these folks on my vision plan. Great team and great location. Thank you!!!

I was recommended by my wife and had a phenomenal experience with both the optometrist and with Jill's help choosing new glasses. Highly recommend to anyone wanting high quality eye care and a variety of great options.

I've been coming to Wisconsin Vision for over 50 years now. Every time the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Michelle is very knowledgeable about their products. I am grateful that she takes the time to informs me on what type and size of glasses works best for me because of a strong prescription, astigmatism, bifocals etc. I have never had a bad experience and that is why I will still be coming back for future visits.
