First, I have to say that Cheryl is amazing. She is so good at what she does, and knows how to figure things out. My previous glasses were ordered and fitted by Cheryl with no problems. This time, I went to a different location because I had moved and they were closer. The glasses didn't allow me to see clearly. After visiting the other location again because my glasses still were not clear, and being told to give it two weeks, I decided to go to this location and have Cheryl look at them. After investigating and checking everything out, she was able to identify that the wrong prescription was put in by the other location. She is truly an asset to this location and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you Cheryl for always going the extra mile.
