Highly recommended! Friendly, but no pressure. Desi helped us. We ran into a bit of a problem (our fault), but she was so patient & kind! While waiting, we had some interaction with the other ladies that work there. They were all so friendly & fun! I was able to find what I wanted and had been searching for.

I had wonderful assistants picking out the frames. However, after I picked them up the frames were not comfortable at all. I went back to the store three times to get them adjusted. Nothing worked. After Christmas I went in and wanted to select a different frame. I was told that I could not do this unless I picked a frame only at the price point where my frames were covered before and they would give me 50% off new lenses. My insurance paid for almost all of my original glasses I was very disappointed in the customer service when I only had the frames a week. They offered to adjust them again and determine the frames were broken to begin with and gave me a new frame and installed mine lenses. They still are uncomfortable, but I am very disappointed in the customer service policies to return glasses when you've only had them a week and they aren't comfortable. I will not purchase from Wisconsin Vision again! I will go to other providers that replace everything for free if you are not satisfied within a hundred days of purchase. Glasses are very expensive and I should have looked into the return policy but I have purchased from Wisconsin vision before and been satisfied, not this time!

This is one of the best Wisconsin Vision locations in the area. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, kind, understanding, and went well above and beyond. Desi was very insightful and skillfully adjusted my lenses to perfection; something that the staff at 2 other locations (closer to Milwaukee) could not do. I will certainly be returning here for all my future glasses repairs and purchases. Thanks!!!
