We absolutely love the staff at Advance Family Eyecare. They do a fantastic job explaining everything during the exam and walking you through your eye health. When it comes time for picking out glasses Erin did a fantastic job helping me narrow down my choices and picking a style that suits my face and personality. When my daughter's frames broke at camp this summer, they quickly helped get our pair replaced under warranty and get us back into summer in no time. We have never been less than wowed with our experience here!

Everyone here is overtly helpful. A grouch like me can find it tedious to have everyone take care of me this well. They've simply robbed me of anything legitimate to complain about, and that just rubs me the wrong way. Free coffee? C'mon man. Free candy? You're killing me. Clean and professional working areas and restrooms? Sure, if you like that kind of thing. Mister eye doctor looks suspiciously like Alan Tudyk, prove me wrong. If I had to pick ONE thing that I'd change it would be the driveway ramp from the street. It's a bit steep and if you execute a perfect Starsky and Hutch zero point turn out of the parking lot you'll end up rearranging your groceries.

Exceptional care! First appointment and Dr. Dagnall was very informative and he listened to all my concerns and needs. Kelly the optical manager was very kind and gave me all the information I needed when ordering contacts and even got me a rebate. The staff ensured that I was comfortable and that they got all the information they needed to ensure my prescription was correct. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

Since moving to the area, I have been looking for a new eye doctor for some time. I am so glad I found Advanced Family Eyecare. I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable time. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional and thorough. I was happy to see that they use advanced technology to analyze my eye. I came in having to wear glasses to see when I wore contacts, and having to take off my glasses to read when I was only wearing glasses. Now, I don't need supplemental glasses when I wear contacts, and I don't have to keep taking my glasses on and off. Dr. Everts was so patient with me, making sure he got it righ. It's also comforting to receive followup emails even after I paid and walked out the door. Just checking on me to make sure all is well. I highly recommend Advanced Family Eyecare.

I see Dr. Dagnall and bring my 5 year old to see him too. I have an uncommon retinal disorder and Dr. Dagnall recognized it and seemed knowledgeable/supportive with the specialist I need to see. My kiddo is navigating glasses and be a bit squirmy. Dr. Dagnall was great at talking to him and taking the time to explain things. Furthermore shout out to Diane who was absolutely fantastic. She was patient and kind and amazing with my son helping him navigate all the different things they need to do to get him the right glasses. Seriously she blew my mind. Erin was also helpful finding that special pair of glasses (glow in the dark of course). We will be lifetime patients as long as the staff are there. I asked my kiddo how many thumbs up to give the eye doctor visit today and he said 20. Amazing staff

My 7 year old had her first eye exam here today. Both her dad and mom wear glasses so was no surprise to find out she needed them too. All the employees we interacted with were amazing! Very friendly and informative! My daughter was able to pick out cute frames and is excited for her glasses to come in.
