The assistance helpers good the doctor was ok. Biggest issue is IAM 67 with Humana the lady told me & wife on telephone they except humans. But lucky I had issues with eye the examination was covered. So back to search for doctor that accepts maidecaid payments. So why have insurance if not accepted. So start sending more young kids to school that majority doctors won't have customers.

Its been 4 to 5 months since they screwed up my order and they are still sitting on my insurance benefit. I was becoming unhappy with poor communication and shipping fees and was ready to go some where else when they messed up my order and tried to hand me some ladies frames. I refused to take delivery and left. They called me to try to get me to come back but I declined to respond. If this was the end of it and if they refunded my benefit in a timely fashion we would not be sitting here reading/writing a crappy review. Now its four months later. I go to use my benefit at a new place and it is not there! It never got refunded. Were they waiting for me to call them after four months???. I had to call the insurance company to get this resolved. I just cant believe it [shakes head]

My family and I have had a great experience over the years as we have gone to Community Eye Care for our vision needs. Dr. Byers is top notch and the staff there is always great to work with.

Still going to see Dr. Jeff at Community Eyecare even though we moved out of the area. We get good care from him and the staff and it is worth the drive.

Needed an emergency appointment and was seen immediately. There was something under the eyelid causing severe discomfort. Taken care of in a matter of minutes. Huge relief!
