Staff is very organized and professional. Do not have to wait beyond your scheduled appointment time to see Dr Faulk. Eye exams are thorough and done using cutting edge tools. Dr Faulk takes time to discuss any issues that are identified during the exam. No reason to go anywhere else.

I had some sawdust in my eye and no matter what I did I couldn't get it out. Finally my wife suggested going to Revision. She called re. the cost and they told her between $180 and &220. They worked me in and changed me $330. Ok. But it was not all removed. I tried myself but after about a week I called and asked if there would be an additional charge. They said yes, that the Dr. needs to charge for their time. I've been going there since about 2008. Not anymore.

The staff is amazingly personable and welcoming. I was on crutches and having a hard time getting around and they were very helpful. Their equipment is the best I have ever seen. As a person who genuinely despises eye appointments, they made this an incredibly pleasurable experience. The one-on-one help at the end of the appointment was awesome as well, as I was able to meet all my needs.

I absolutely love the ladies that operate this office! We have worked with Kim and Sarah and they both have been very helpful. I have a difficult time with new glasses and they go above and beyond to help. I also admire the fact that they all are working hard to get people taken care of due to expiring insurance. I would recommend these people any day of the week!
