She was thorough in her examination and helpful in setting expectations for the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Buffington and her staff are both friendly and professional. Overall, a very good experience.

Appointment set up for 4 pm with me getting there to fill out paperwork at 3:45. I arrived at 3:40, filled out paperwork. Waited until 4:15, asked receptionist how much longer. She said shouldn't be too much longer but no idea how long. I left as I arrived on time, not happy.
