I needed my eyeglasses repaired immediately before the holiday weekend after my contacts had dried out. Laverne working behind the glasses counter was fantastic. She fixed my glasses in under 10 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Highly recommend it.

What a great experience for myself and my 5 year old daughter who needed glasses for the first time. They have the utmost friendliest staff, prompt service, very knowledgeable doctors, and are excellent with caring for children. My daughter received her first pair of glasses and I utilized them for Lasik pre and post op appointments. I am beyond thrilled with our eye care and highly recommend their services!

It has been a few years since we have been here however, that is because we live in a different state and only visit a few times per year. There have been a few occasions when we have had optical "emergencies" ie. Lost contact lense/broken glasses. Each time we have gone here we came in without an appointment and each time we were greated and helped as if we were one of their regular clients! Awesome customer service! I wish I remembered the names of those who helped us because they truly "saved" our trips! If I lived in the area, this would be the place I would go!

I have been going to Eye Care of Lakeland for over 15 years and they have ALWAYS taken care of me. Dr Kirby Redman has done whatever it took to get me into to see him when I was back from college and didn't have an appointment but needed to get into the clinic asap. Dr Redman would come in weekends or nights past normal working hours and see to it that I was taken care of. I have since switched over to Dr Ben Redman and the same philosophy and practice exists.
