Not understanding people and the lady upfront is very rude. I had to drive an hour just to get to this appointment and there was major snow on the roads. It was awful trying to drive to Cody and then trying to find the place total BS. And the roads were so awful so if there's snow banks and snow is bad just know that if you're just a few minutes late two minutes late to your appointment, they won't take you

We had the best experience at Basin Vision Center. The new building is absolutely gorgeous with state of the art technology, but nothing compares to the care that we received from Dr. Hartley and staff. We got an eye exam for our 1 year old and they were so patient and knew exactly how to perform the exam. Dr. Hartley is clearly very passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Basin Vision Center to anyone needing eye care.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Dr. Bronnenberg is absolutely wonderful and thorough. I had to stop in for an emergency exam while on vacation and she stayed late to ensure my vision was properly cared for. I was very impressed by her character. Wonderful doctor. Highly recommend.

Fast service and done right. I came in alone and they had a machine that let them look at my eyes without dilating them so I could still drive home. The doctor I saw was amazing and positive. I will definitely be back in years to come for more checkups. Thank you Basin Vision Center for being a good place to go!
