Dr. Harley is an extremely kind and competent doctor. His entire staff is very professional and efficient. Dr. Hartley answers questions and explains every detail of what he finds in the exam in language any patient can comprehend. I highly recommend Dr. Hartley.

Dr. Bell and the staff at Basin Vision are knowledgeable, polite, & very helpful to one's need. The new office is extremely patient friendly, professionally designed with the latest state of the art equipment. We are very fortunate to have Basin Vision in Cody & the Big Horn Valley. I absolutely love the staff at basin vision. I had to bring my two year old daughter, and my month old son in with me, and they let my daughter play around the office with them, while someone else soothed my son. As for the doctors, I think both, dr Bell and dr Hartley are very amazing, and great at what they do! My family and I will always come to basin vision.

Just got into town shortly after places began opening back up here in WY. I've had an issue with my right eye past few months and no one across the State's I've been traveling thru could get me in until I called this place! I couldn't get a reg eye exam which I'm way passed due but they were able to get me in to have my right eye checked since it's impairing my vision and I was very worried. Staff and Dr was so professional and friendly. State of art equip too. Dr scanned both eyes, took pics too so he could explain what was going on. Will def recommend this place and hope I'm still in town for my follow up. If not they assured me they will send my record wherever I need! Very grateful I was able to get in!

I was so impressed with Basin Vision center. Dr. Bell was thorough, kind and professional. His staff was totally awesome. They were right there to help me with questions and concerns. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

It had been awhile since I have been to the eye doctor so I needed to get established with one. I'm bad with names so I don't remember hers, but my doctor was a young, very nice young woman. She was very thorough. I would recommend!!!

Dr Hartley and associates are fantastic. He has taken care of my eyes for years. With a recent and urgent need, he was so kind in explaining concerns regarding my vision and referring me to a retinologist.

Dr Hartley is amazing. He always listens and answers all questions. I'm very comfortable with his expertise. He is also really good with my kids. Staff is very capable. Thank you everyone!
