I went in for a outer cornea transplant, and cataract surgery. I was reasured with the professionalism of everyone all through the procedure. I have had no trouble after the surgery.

Communication was top notch before, during, and after the procedure. Every step of the procedure was explained more than once so there were no surprises. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. At my next day follow up, I was reading better than 20/20 with no glasses. First time in decades I have been able to do that. I had a terrible experience with this place, from a botched cataract surgery that led into extensive on going eye care and additional medications and visits to keep my eye site. This doctor, let's say Dr Jorgensen wrote me off and didn't care about me after he passed me off to another specialist. He never excepted the responsibility for what happend to my eye during surgery. And billing is absolutely incompetent! They tell me to contact them about an outstanding balance from the botched eye surgery (that led toe losing my eye sight temporarily) and set up payment arrangements and when I leave messages, come phydically into the office and leave more messages they NEVER CALL ME BACK AND AVOID ME...THEN I FINALLY GET IN CONTACT WITH THE SO CALLESD HEAD OF BILLING/ADMINISTRATOR (AS SHE CALLED HERSELF AND BOARD MEMBER BY A SIMPLE TRNSFER OF MY CALL AND CAUGHT HER BY SUPRISE. THIS LEADS INTO HER TRYING TO DISCREDIT ME AND WITH OUT RETURNING MY CALLS NUMEROUS TIMES ;TO DISCUSS A BALANCE (I DONT OWE!) THAT I WAS TOLD TO CALL HER AND AND WORK OUT A PLAN...SHE TELLSE SHE TURNED IT INTO COLLECTION, WITH OUT RETURNING MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HER IN PERSON OR PHONE CALLS (MIND YA I DROVE 2 HRS TO CATCHER HER NUMEROUS TIMES). EVERYTHING IS PAID UP EXCEPT THE LAST $3000 FROM THE SCREW UP ON MY EYE!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY HERE! I AM MOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD THESE ISSUES. ***Dr Reddy is absolutely amazingas he took over my care.

Dr K is brilliant and l give him 5 stars. However, the billing department charged me $505 instead of $5 due to an electronic error. This happened twice. They said they reversed the charge, but $505 was still withdrawn from my account. I'm still out $505. I won't be using the clinic again.

Very professional. They walked me through every step and explained everything well. LASIK is a very quick and easy procedure.
