I have been going to Gillette Optometric for 40 years. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been seen by multiple doctors and I have always trusted them and received excellent treatment and advise. I have had a couple of times where I needed to be seen sooner then later and was always given an appointment that day. The amount of technology they use to make sure that your eyes are healthy and that you get the right prescription is amazing. Would recommend them every time and it is the only place i trust and go to for my eye care.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Although, I was told I have 20/20 vision and really healthy eyes, besides astigmatism (not sure how severe) and recommended glasses... So not sure if it's really necessary or if they're just trying to make more money...

I walked into Gillette optometric clinic today. I was in a severe panic because my eyes were so blurry. I asked if they took emergencies and the nice lady at the desk said yes we do but I'm not sure we have anything open. I looked her in the eye and I said I'm scared. Next thing. I know she's telling me to come back at 1:15 this afternoon. And that I did. I was still very scared. My daughter came with me to drive me mostly because it was hard for me to drive with my eyesight. Every single person in that clinic was amazing. Polite, helpful. Cheerful and treated you very personally like you were the only one that mattered. I went through the tests and I was still scared. Then Dr. Jordan came in and explained to me that I was not going to go blind and My problem could be fixed. He explained in detail everything about my eyes. He's a very compassionate man. He put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable for the first time today. I would highly recommend Gillette optometrics. Whether it be an emergency or an annual visit.
