I had a great experience at this office, the doctor and the staff were amazing. i did find it a little strange how the main front desk lady is a white women with hair that she does. just seems a little cultural appropriating to me. other than that my experience was great!

Shelly is amazing! They have all this amazing testing equipment and they explain everything as you get it done. I really felt like I learned a ton at my visit. I didnt even have to be dilated!!! They just took this picture that showed my whole eye it was crazy cool

My experience was nothing like some of the previous reviews. They were professional, had the best equipment, and were so friendly and helpful. It was a stress-free visit for this over 60-year-old. I've been to optometrists from Alaska to Florida, and let me tell you, these folks are the best! They are definitely my go-to eye place now.

If I could I would rate Shelly 5 stars, she is great. My horrible experience stems from the front office area. I ordered prescription sunglasses for a trip I was getting ready to take. 4 days after ordering them, I called to confirm that they had been ordered and what my cost would be. I was informed that she had not gotten around to ordering the them, as she was really busy. I then got a phone call a week later assuring me that they would have them done in time. I asked about out of pocket cost after insurance, again I was told she didn't have it yet. 2 days after I left on my trip the glasses came in. I was never notified of the $300 out of pocket expense, if I had been told, I would have cancelled the glasses. They fit horribly. Not trying to be pain, but with that type of out pocket expense, I would think that you would be transparent. Will go elsewhere.

Great environment. Great staff. Shelly is a very knowledgeable optometrist and a wonderful person to talk with. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and I never felt rushed. Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

This was the best experience! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I have out of network insurance and they were very affordable. I highly recommended Dr. Shelley and the team. I have never felt so cared for with an eye exam. Everyone went out of their way to help me. Thank you!
