I love this location. It is easy to get to in Birmingham, Alabama. The doctors and the staff are friendly and nice. Dr. Jackson is so sweet and nice to my son. My son loves getting his eye exam by Dr. Jackson at this location. It is easy to find a parking space. The entrance to the building is convenient to anywhere you park. I recommend this location to all my family and friends.

I thought the facility was nice, very clean. The staff was friendly. Knocking off a star because of the transparency of wait times. I was told 20-30 minutes and I waited over an hour. I do think if you accept pediatric patients that there should be a changing table in the bathroom. I had to change my baby on a very small counter in the bathroom. Overall was satisfied with the office and Dr. Jackson.

Have been to 3 different doctors here. Dr. Davidson is absolutely wonderful! Every appointment at this specific office, however, has consistently been the slowest doctor's office I've ever been to! They have been significantly late every single appointment regardless of the time of day. Just plan ahead and bring something to do! Dr. Davidson is worth the wait!

Dr. Parker and the entire staff are very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my cataract surgery. When scheduling my surgery, they informed me of my out-of-pocket cost, so there would be no surprises the day of surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Parker and his staff!

Dr. Bains is a thorough and compassionate doctor. She listens and is easy to talk with, never rushing through an appointment. Even remembering to ask about health related concerns shared at my last yearly appointment! Her attention to detail and knowledge insure my eyes are well cared for and that my vision is the best it can possibly be. If more than 5 stars were available I'd rate higher!

Staff was friendly and seemed competent. Appointments were well timed meaning very little wait time. Dr. Long was a pleasure to see. He was friendly always pleasant and happy. It's not a chore to visit someone that smiles and tries to spread a little laugh and good cheer.
