Wow. Just wow. I was completely blown away by the entire operation at Inverness eye care. 5 stars from the parking lot to the check out. The customer service was extremely nice, efficient, and pleasant. Extremely high tech equipment that allowed me to avoid getting my eyes dilated. Dr Ansley was extremely nice and explained everything throughout my exam with excellent detail. The options of frames they carry is the best I've ever seen. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I would drive hours to see Dr Ansley and his team! Ask for Kim on helping you pick your frames, she's got a great eye for pairing frames to face. Honest and professional. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.

When our pediatrician told us that we needed to get an exam for our 2 year old I was happy to find out Dr Duty saw children. The staff greeted me so kindly, the pre-exam process was smooth, and the doctor took her time with me in a way that felt both professional and personal. The glasses specialist deserves her own shout out, she listened to what I liked, pulled options I wouldn't have even thought to try, and explained everything with real expertise. I left feeling confident I picked the right frames.
I also loved how they helped me navigate my insurance. They walked me through the best way to time my glasses and contacts so I didn't waste benefits. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Such a great experience from beginning to end.

Dr Tim Ansley was great. Other members of my family already see him but it was my first visit and I had a concern about my left eye. He explained exactly what it was and assured me it was quite common and nothing to be concerned about. He showed me online example pictures of similar cases that helped me understand it. He talked through the various treatment options and I left feeling better with a plan to follow up. I look forward to making him my primary eye Dr going forward.

I haven't been here for a few years but as soon as I walked it felt like I wasn't gone that long. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They took such amazing care of me and validated everything I have been experiencing with headaches, motion sickness, neck pain and more. Who knew my eyes could be the center of all that pain. Heather at the front desk was great and worked very hard to make sure the insurance was entered accurately and in a way that would benefit me best which I really appreciate.
