Haley was very professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. She seemed very thorough as well. It was good to see Dr Sims who is always the same!

Yesterday. was superb day for my mother at the exceptional UAB Eye Clinic. My mother met Cameron, a 4 year old student who performed a thorough and highly comprehensive analysis on our mother's eyes. The left eye was dark and she was unable to see out of the eye. However, with the extraordinary and additional support of Dr. Brown and Dr. Bassey, my mother left the office with a renewed hope for your medical plan for her. Cameron, you were exceptional with empathetic service, Dr. Brown your knowledge of the optometry field is at the tip of the spear and Dr. Bassey your experience and expertise in the field optometry and customer service was equally exemplary . Michelle the person that you speak to if you press zero at the prompts does not listen long enough for you to ask your question. I literally had to explain my self numerous times trying to state the same thing. I've had excellent experiences in the past but this outweighs them all

An amazing experience y'day with Dr. Johnathan and Wyatt. They were thoughtful and a delight to be around. They put me at ease and made it an adventure. Thank you guys for all you did y'day.

Daughter had an eye exam in August that ended with her needing glasses. I was supposed to have a call letting me know when to come to pick up her glasses. I NEVER received one call or text to come pick up her glasses. Her glasses have been sitting at the office for 2 months with NO ONE contacting me to come get them.

I went in for an eye exam and they were so through and really helped me understand what problems i have with my eyes. Thank you, Isaac you did a fantastic job

Absolutely do not recommend at all. To be an emergency room we waited 4+ hours to be sent to a more advanced care optometrist. After being seen by a bunch of students. After requesting paper work for my primary doctor it still took an extended amount of time. The waiting room was full and didn't consist of ER needs.

I had an amazing visit. The student that attended me was very thorough. She was Knowledgeable and Efficient. I would Definitely recommend her To others. The instructor was very efficient. I was totally comfortable with both of them. Thank you both for a job. Well done.
