If you want eye trouble forever, and no help from those doctors, then that's the place to go. Had trouble with my left eye from day one. Called and got...It will get better. Nope, it has gotten worse. Been to another clinic and tried to help, still in constant agitation. Now I will go to another doctor, and try to get this thing out of my eye. The lens has never been right. I had it done April, 2024, and I am still in agony. If you have problems with your lenses after the doctors there are through, you won't get any help or satisfaction. Good luck.

I have been seen at Alabama Vision Center for about 24 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Use to see Dr Kloess till he retired. He also treated my husband who was a diabetic. He is a wonderful Dr and a man. I am seeing Dr Max now, I really like him. He seems very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with his care. Can't say enough nice things about the office staff. They are all very nice and very helpful. Thank you for seeing me and taking care of my vision.

This place is pathetic. I called and talked with them to set up a an appointment.The day of the appointment they told me I wasn't in the system. After scheduling my day around this appointment is was frustrating to say the least.Then the woman had the nerve to tell me that it's an easy mistake to make because of all the steps involved. What???It's an easy mistake to make??? I could have been working today but now I'm screwed. Thanks a lot. If scheduling an appointment baffles them I don't want them messing with my eyes. What a joke.

MyDr for my lens, she is the best I've come across. I've never seen that clear in my life. My other Dr is good as well, he found a wound in my eye that I didn't realize I had. I will go back. I wish the glasses department had heavier and more updated frames to choose from. I'll go back twice a year. They will care for my eye properly.

Dr. Max was very thorough and gave an excellent exam. He addressed another issue that I have and ordered an MRI. I appreciated that he wanted to correct that concern before doing cataract surgery. I highly recommend him. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I was very impressed .
