Best Doctor I've had since I've been wearing glasses and now contacts. Very professional when explaining my needs. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere there.
I'm glad I was able to locate their new office since Brookwood has now closed. I wanted to continue to receive the highest level of expertise and excellent customer service from Dr Tyner and staff as I did before. I highly recommend them and will travel near or far to receive great service and professionalism from them.

The whole staff was excellent and super friendly. The African American at the desk I think her name is Sonjia was very nice and professional. She gave me some suggestions that will help me in the future with picking luxury frames. Lydia was very nice and patient with me. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Tyner is one of a kind. This is the best medical experience I've had in this country. He not only did a thorough exam, but took about 30 minutes explaining every single detail about my eyes from my eye anatomy to my eye problem. He is knowledgeable, kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he said. 100% recommend and 6 stars if possible.

Dr Tyner is rare among physicians because he has a wonderful personality and explains everything he's doing as he goes through the exam. I learn new things every time I leave an exam. He's not rushed or trying to turn over exam rooms - he clearly has his patients' best interest in mind. In addition, his staff is delightful, friendly, helpful, and humorous. His office takes a wide variety of vision plans, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I learned in my visit today that there are contact lenses that will do what "progressive" lens glasses will do; he gave me a free sample pair to try for a month to make sure I like them. Dr Tyner is among the finest doctors I've experienced in my lifetime.

I feel like every few years I have to change eye doctors due to my insurance, but Dr. Tyner and his team is by far my favorite that I have had! His team was very friendly and extremely helpful even after there was a bit of a hang up with my insurance as my insurance card somehow didn't match the account number that the insurance had on file. But the lady at the front desk was able to figure it out and even printed me a new sheet with my correct information for my insurance!! Dr. Tyner was very patient and answered all of my questions and curiosities. I hope to be able to stay with them for as long as possible!
