Dr. Kirk I want to let you know that you made a huge difference in my life and my daughter's life. Again once you walk in the door the staff welcomes you with a smile and treat you like family. I've been looking at which Eyecare to go to in Birmingham and I saw Valleydale had the better reviews so I tried it out. They have the nicest staff! They were all so welcoming. I met Dr. Kirk in the waiting room as she welcomed me and told me it wouldn't be long before someone came to do my exam. I had no idea she was the Dr. herself. The entire staff were so nice to talk to. Dr. Kirk herself was the nicest human I have ever met. You couldn't make her have a bad day. You can tell she loves what she does and cares for her patients. Really made my day being there!

Dr Kirk, Rose and Tiffany made my eye appointment experience exceptional. It was easy, relaxing and fun. Rose always picks out my frames and I receive numerous amounts of compliments. Tiffany is super sweet and easy going. She makes the prep work enjoyable and noninvasive. As for Dr Kirk, one of THE most down to earth doctors you will ever meet. Didnt even feel like I was having an eye exam. It honestly was the same as visiting family. Thank you guys as always!

Her staff is very sweet and professional as well, they helped me pick out my glasses and was very patient with me. I'm a hard person to please, look.
