Optical department is amazing! Huge selection of frames, but even better, the optical lady herself! I cannot give Hayley enough praises!! My daughter is special needs and has been in glasses since she was a baby. With as many pair of glasses and places we have been through, we have never had success with a frame fitting her properly. We learned so much from Hayley about different fits and what can work for her! The compassion and love radiating from Hayley was felt the entire time! I cannot give feedback as to the doctors at this office, as we see another doctor, but if they are anything like the staff we encountered then they are great. We were told by a friend to come here to find glasses and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the door the staff was so welcoming and attentive. The office is so beautiful and clean, does not give doctors office vibes at all. Highly recommend this place for glasses and your eye exam! We will be changing our eye care for our next visit for sure.

Dr. Schwertz has been wonderful and taken very good care of my daughter. I have changed myself and my son to Dry Eye Center. It is a very clean and nice place. All the employees are very kind and caring.

Dr. Franklin and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Franklin brought me back into the light after many years of hiding from the sun due to extreme dry eyes. Don't know where I'd be today without his care!!

Amazing doctors and amazing staff! From starting the process of scheduling an appointment to finalizing the check out from the appointment, all staff is attentive and caring!

The workers are very nice and very helpful, my daughter is 6 and they helped her and was very patient with her, the Dr. is the same way, she loves going there.

Dr. Franklin is the best. I am so happy I was referred to him. I'll finally get some relief and not be so worried about my eyes.
