Eye Care Associates: Michael Kwarcinski OD

My girlfriend says that Michael Kwarcinski is great. Wonderful eye doctor, but it ends there. The office is terribly ran. If you went to another doctor's office and ordered blood pressure medicine through them, you could expect they would actually order it, since you paid them for it... Back story: She had an eye exam, ordered contacts, and waited. Over a week later, still no call to inform her that her contacts had arrived. So, she gives a call. "I'm sorry ma'am, it looks like we didn't even order them." They could have made up a lie and at least not shown how completely incompetent they are, but that would require too much work. They aren't even expected to do their job. From working in medicine both hospitals and private practices, that destroys business. A complete lack of care by the staff is evident.

Doctor Mike is knowledgeable, very personable, has modern equipment and a good staff. For these reasons I have trusted my retinas to his care, along with my entire eyeballs and those of my wife and kids, now for about a decade (which was not the case for some of my other providers).

Dr not friendly/personable. Had to wait over 8wks to get my glasses only to find out my prescription was incorrect. Told the mgr I no longer wanted the glasses & they still only gave me $30 of my $40 out of pocket back AFTER they'd already gotten paid by my eye insurance...beware

We have been going to see Dr. Mike for a long time. Always quick and competent service. He always does a great job along with his staff. I highly recommend them!
