Eye DO Family Eye Center: Dr. Ami Epstein OD

Eye Do Family Eye Center is phenomenal. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which was a huge relief. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the patients they see. Dr. Epstein took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed, which is something you don't always find in medical offices today. The level of attention and professionalism really stood out to me. I honestly wish more doctors' offices operated at this level. In my opinion, the experience here is well above the industry standard. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein and the team to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Dr. Epstein and her staff are excellent. We've always gotten wonderful, considerate care. I've been wearing glasses or contacts for many years. Dr. Epstein gives the best eye exam I've ever had.

Dr. Epstein and her staff are awesome. She has been taking care of our family since 2004. She has helped me through eye problems that no one else could. She also diagnosed a problem with my daughter's eye that saved her vision. I am forever grateful for all she has done for us.

She's great. I had tried several eye docs in the past and none fitted me with the correct RX for contacts. She charged me a bit more upfront, which I was fine with, and she saw me several times over the span of a 3 or 4 weeks to tweak the RX, providing me a sample pack each time. My grown daughter uses her too, and then tried to save a little money by going to Sam's. After having the wrong RX for contacts, for many months, she returned to Dr. Epstein and promised never to leave her again. Dr. Epstein's father was an Optometrist and she grew up around this field. She really knows what she is doing. She also has a very caring and wonderful personality. I like her staff too.

Dr. Epstein is so patient and caring. She goes out of the way to make sure you are in the right contacts, and she is very flexible. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Ami Epstein for eye care.

Very much recommend Eye Do and Dr. Epstein. I have been a contact lens wearer for 20+ years. My contacts fit better in the last 4-5 years since I started using her, than they ever have. The office staff are friendly and efficient. This is a gem of a practice.

I am very happy with Dr. Epstein. She prescribed glasses for me but diagnosed a cataract on my right eye. She sent me to the very best eye surgeon, Dr. Matthew Albright with Vision America, and now I have almost 20/20 vision in that eye. She said she would replace the lens for the right eye at no additional charge. Dr. Albright said very few optometrists would do that. The very best part -- I can SEE AGAIN like I did many years ago.

Such a fantastic office. Dr. Espstein is the best at contact fitting and really spends time in each appointment. She has also helped my daughter and I with eye emergencies. Very knowlegable - I always feel confident that we are receiving the best care.
