New patient and the service was great. I saw Dr. Francisco and he was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. The lady that helped me pick out new glasses was amazing. She gave me honest options on the glasses I chose and really took her time with me. The front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new eye doctor, definitely give them a try.

This was my 1st visit at this office. Dr. Frank Francisco was was Awesome! He give me a very thorough eye exam. He took the time to explain my results and options. He even compared my prescription in my current glasses against my exam results. I have had several eye exams from various offices within the surrounding area and this one was by far the Best one!!

I showed up as a new patient 10 min late with a child in tow and was told to reschedule. As their grace period is "10 min." Inflexible and not considerate. I am a clinician and get the need for timeliness, but this was not necessary.
