I had a horrible experience starting out!The young lady Emma seems to not take into consideration what was notated in my chart about my disability (MCS)Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.I had to struggle doing the appointment could not focus,could hardly see.She kept saying I see it in your chart.The alcohol and her fragrance crippled me literally!This is the second day after I can hardly walk it also caused my fibromyalgia to flare up.Every symptom I'm suffering. I started to walk out.But I needed my glasses. Dr.Oltmanns,is so professional and caring.Very thorough during the exam.Everyone else was great!!!Fragrances are my worst offender.It was in my chart.Please make sure she knows this.I should have used my medical alert 911. Very dissatisfied with her actions.I believe in extending grace to others.I spent over $1000 dollars for myself and my son.I usually buy two are three pair of glasses. Thanks
