While the staff at Eye Care Associates and their equipment are both top notch, I will likely not return to Eye Care Associates because I'm thoroughly annoyed with the amount of paperwork they require. In this day of computer technology, to have to go in every time and fill out five pages of paperwork is insane and intrusive, with some of the questions they ask being inappropriate with respect to eye care. There's too much information out there already. that's hard enough to keep private, if their technology can't keep up with it and they require me to fill out paperwork every time, I'll take my business elsewhere.
