Here we are again, MyEyeDr/ EyeMed! I have never been a patient of your eye care facility, EVER. Can you please explain or elaborate how you continue to bill my insurance when I have never conducted any business or seeked services from your organization? This fraudulent activity is really becoming a nuisance and waste of my time. The fact that you all are not verifying or utilizing any or all patient identifiers to ensure the appropriate billing is not best practice. Who knows what other HIPPA rules and medical billing standards are not being followed.
