Well, today I had the luxury of meeting the best eye doctor in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Rebecca Gaudet. The staff was very personable very concerned and Tomas Gave me the best care in the world. I know I said that about my eye doctor about three or four years ago as soon as I stepped in the lobby I was greeted. I was smiled at I mattered so if you ever in need for eye appointment eyeglasses, top-tier, please go InVision Ophthalmology where you act matter.

I followed my long-time optometrist from his private practice to InVision. I went to him for a contact lens appointment in order to order new lenses. I was charged $418.35 for a New Patient exam. I wasn't a new patient and received a contact lens exam. The company wouldn't budge. Will never go back. Charging for a service they didn't perform. Do better!

Not a good experience. This place needs some improvements. The new patient forms look like they've been recopied over and over, parts are quite blurry (the irony of that for a vision office was rich). The front desk clerk wanted to force me into signing a form that allows them to perform and bill for anything up to an estimated $8000, should the optometrist find it. Even told me the form has to be signed in order for them to file with my insurance. It doesn't, there's a different form for that. Lastly, their billing is dubious. Honestly go into a Walmart to get your eyes checked before going here.
