Dr Duddleston was great. It seems like the office and staff members were very unorganized. Too long of a wait after checking in and then after I was called back in the exam room I was asked a bunch of questions that seemed if the questions were worded differently that part of the check might've went more smoothly. After that questioning I was headed to another lobby area and that area was filled and I had to return to the front lobby area waiting and waiting before I can actually see the doctor. Very unorganized and a bit of a hassle. After it was all over I was lead out to a back door and I thought I was going in an alley but it was actually the back side of the parking lot. If it wasn't for the doctor seeing what was really going on with my eye I probably won't return. She was wonderful.

I arrived at 12:58 for my first visit to this office. My appt. was for 1:20. I needed an annual eye exam. I left this office at approx. 4:30. I was exhausted. We did end up scheduling a cataract surgery for Nov. and there was a lazer procedure that took 5 min. But overall the excessive waiting was ridiculous and very disrespectful to patients. Other patients were stressed by the long waits also.
I do hope the cataract surgery goes well and in a timely manner. I also hope that future office visits will be managed better. The Doctor and employees were very nice and communication was easy.
