An all-around great experience as a first time customer. I arrived before my appointment time and was immediately and efficiently checked in by Adolfo. After a few moments, I was promptly seen by Dr. Bailey who expressed genuine concern for my eye health and was empathetic and patient during my eye examination. She was very approachable and took care to explain what I should look for in selecting lenses for computer use. I tried on over a dozen frames and felt no pressure from Baylee while making my final selection and she completed my purchase as efficiently as my visit started. The same day delivery of new eyeglasses was also very much appreciated! I highly recommend this LensCrafters location!!

She truly went above and beyond while helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She also helped me see the things I needed to add on for my night vision protection. Her service was phenomenal.

Well I find myself needing glasses and I was so scared and intimidated. I had the most opposite experience than I had feared. A wonderful lady Olivia helped me and taught me so much. She was kind and professional and you could tell she knew what she was talking about! I haven't purchased my glasses yet because I have a small face and I'm having trouble deciding on the right frame. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Noah. I was particularly impressed with his extensive knowledge of optics. He has been working with LensCrafters for years and he is one of those people that you run across with old fashion professionalism not only was he great with helping me pick out a particular frame that complimented my face, he also worked expensively with me to make sure that my lenses would be manufactured to exacting standards. Noah was not opposed to giving me his undivided attention. He genuinely cared and it was obvious. He's being paid to do a job and this young man takes that seriously. Having someone who gives you their time freely and genuinely cares about the process made my choice easy about choosing LensCrafters.
