Hello to the crew at my Eye Doctor Southside, I want to thank the entire crew from the very start to the very end of my appt, I was take care of and all of my issues and concerns concerning contact lenses were answered and explained. New to AL and daughter needed new glasses. Making appointment was easy, great customer service from all involved. 1st appointment was canceled because Dr was out, but I was able to reschedule right then a nd there and came back with no issues. Loved it, plan on returning when its my turn.

Great experience from start to finish at MyEyeDr Southside. The eye exam went smoothly, Cas was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout.

I ordered a new pair of glasses at the Highland Ave MyEyeDoctor and received fantastic, quick service from their staff. The experienced tech helped me match my current glasses, frame, lens, and selection. I will be back here the next time I need glasses.

Stopped by this center and asked for help replacing a single screw for my 6 year old sons remote control helicopter. The two ladies at the front seemed willing to help at first. When one went to the back and asked Alex for a screw he said they didn't carry screws. I had a sample.of the one I needed but she didn't carry it back to him. I asked how they managed to repair glasses without screws and the lady told me she didn't know. What terrible service. I'll never come here for glasses. Great businesses help their community and those businesses stay in business. I'd have been eager to give them a 5 star review if they hadn't cast me out like yesterday's trash.

Out of wonderful time at this eyeglass place. If you ever work with Cass, she is amazing. She is lovely. You can relate to her. She is very smart and she's patient because I am a nervous wreck and she help me calm down for my appointment and it was just an amazing experience.
