I decided to try MyEyeDr out for my annual eye exam (that I was overdue of) since it was right down the street from my workplace. I saw a promotion online for the exam and glasses for $199. I made an appointment for the same week with Dr. Gregory. The day of my appointment, I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and Dr. Gregory was very helpful in explaining the exam findings to me. I have a very strong prescription but they did not make me feel bad about it as other eye facilities have done in the past. Dr. Gregory even explained the type of frames I should stay away from due to my prescription. Of course, with my lens enhancements, the total was more than double the $199 price tag but the lady that was assisting me at that point was able to find additional savings to help with the cost. Also, they charge separate for the retraction part of the exam and for the screening photos of the back of your eye. I'm not sure if that's because I am a new patient or if this is procedure. The good news is that my glasses were promised two weeks after my exam, but actually arrived in 8 days. On pickup, I received a case, lens cleaner and two microfiber cloths. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here and especially liked Dr. Gregory professionalism and friendliness. Minus one star for the cost and that I tried several times to call to inquiry about my prescription and could never reach anyone for days.

I had a wonderful experience at this office of the My Eye Dr. Everyone was so kind and helpful. You can tell when people really care and these ladies in this office that I met with really did. Dr Gregory was compassionate and helpful with finding the right prescriptions for me and also with. Finding the right contacts for me. I haven't been wearing contacts much so I was wearing dailies and they just couldn't get my astigmatism corrected enough. But she found me some every month that are really great!!! So if you don't know where to go, I got the place to send you!!!! Right here in Huffman/ centerpoint.

My experience with MyEyeDr was above amazing. The care that I received was excellent. My wait time to be seen was on point, everything was explained to me that I could understand and if you didn't they would break it down to you where you understood. I encourage anyone to check them out and see for yourself what excellent service you will receive. My glasses came back before the estimated time and I was amazed. Check them out and see how you like it, I have no complaints to date.

This is my first visit for myself here. However lady fall I brought my 7yr old son for his first eye exam because I was sure he needed glasses. They were so awesome with him, reassuring and patient . He did not want the drops! Now I am finally back for myself and the same courteous staff is still here. Friendly and have great attention to detail. I appreciate when people take time to do things right, so I have no issue with various questions about eye history. I can go on and on about this gem it's the best place for vision care! No doubt. I was seen by Dr. Patton and I highly recommend her and her team. You wont be disappointed if you're looking for quality care.

This was the most enjoyable time I have spent at the eye doctor in my entire life. From the initial walk in the door with Tasheia and Jon, my eye appointments with Doctor G and Ms. Cheryl to get fitted for contacts. Leah helped me find my new style, a great lens package that was very affordable. The glasses arrived quickly and the pickup process was a breeze. Will be back eveytime I need an eye exam, new glasses or contacts.

Had an appointment, ordered contacts Oct 10, 2023 should of been back in 2 weeks well I waited here it is now 11/11/2023 I went into the office to find out about the delay because I did not receive no courtesy call or email concerning the delay. I spoke to Ms Rose she stated it's "distribution" okay so I asked her "is there someone that does the follow up in the office and I gave an example she said they would not know unless the distributor lets them know? I been coming to Schaffer/myeyedooctor for years tired of the lack of growing customer service! I will will add that Ms Rose did offer me a pack of sample contacts which has in RED NOT FOR SALE I did not want the sample because I know those are not manufactured/sturdy as the ones you actually pay for so I declined. Unhappy Customer

Rude doctors, rude optical assistant, they were not kid friendly and very unprofessional. My only pleasent experience was the receptionist and the guy who helped pick out our frames. Our appointment was at 1pm we were not seen until 2pm and we didn't see the doctor for another 30 minutes. We didn't get out of this place until 4pm. STAY AWAY spend your time and money where business is appreciated.

My husband got his glasses from here after almost a year they went scratched and bent. He remembers paying for insurance on the glasses so he took them back and the frames had been discontinued . They didn't call my husband to let him know so now his glasses are broken and don't know when he will get his new ones why pay for a year warranty when you don't abide by it and there is no such thing tas scratch resistant
