I went to see about an eye infection and I walked in and told them, what was going on. They got me right back so quickly I didn't have a chance to even get sat down. Jill and Jessica, were so polite, great personalities and just made me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Berry and she was great and listened to what I was saying. Solved my problem quickly and gave great advice to help solve future issues. I cannot tell enough people how great the total experience was and I highly recommend these ladies for any eye issues you may have. Thanks again Dr. Berry, Jill and Jessica for being so kind and just plain fantastic people!

The majority of my visits here have been good. All staff members seem happy, courteous, and professional.However, today was an exception.I have never seen this staff member before. She wore a black sleeveless vest and a very Distasteful appearance. She spoke to me as if I was in kindergarten again. For example, "please keep your head against this bar or it won't work! That's what you are here for!" I'm sure if I had not been so sleep deprived and just plain exhausted, she may have gotten a few Choice words, accompanied by a harsh slap across her face. Instead, I prayed for Help and that seemed to work. I also pray that I never have her to assist me again. She appeared to be very unhappy and maybe this is not her line of work, but as long as she is there, she is representing your company. Dr. Berry, her Associates and all of the front desk people are very congenial and I really appreciate them!

All connected with my care are great. They are all attentive. Dr. Knox answers any questions I may have as well. I'm comfortable there.

Caring Skilled friendly accommodating. I was severely nearsighted and had cataracts. Now, I can see perfectly through one eye. And have good vision in the other eye. And it may improve further with a few more weeks healing.

My experience has been terrible. I was lied to concerning a paper to be completed by the doctor. I have been mistreated. I really need a better experience than this one.

Everything was great. Dr. C always does a good job with his patients.
