Been a patient here for 10+ years and we've only had positive experiences with the front desk and the staff. Today it was the optical center that took really good care of me! Angie is fantastic and really went above and beyond making sure I had what I really needed. I plan to buy my contacts from them in the future, too. I just wanna say that it's typical to have a hard time getting someone on the phone with an order- for all these places. I've had that experience plenty, but here is better than many other places because they'll make sure you get taken care of if you can find the time to come in in-person for info about your glasses or contacts.
Additional edit to say I came in at the end of the year when the place was packed. The staff were working as hard as they could to get through the line while making sure each customer got the time and attention they needed. That itself is worth 5 stars.

Update: My daughter finally received her glasses on December 22, 2025 after we took it upon ourselves to stop by the office. When we advised we were checking the status of an order the representative kept saying 8 to 10 days. We advised it had been well over a month. Well she decided to go check and the glasses were there.
I was referred by another facility for a pediatric exam for my daughter. The wait time was kind of long, the front desk wasn't the most welcoming, the service was okay. i appreciate the crew who did the pre testing , they were friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. She has a hard time adjusting to new environments. I ordered her glasses a month ago. I called to check the status I received an automated message two weeks ago stating that they will call me when the glasses are ready. I was advised previously 1o-14 business days. The message stated that it had to pass "inspection" as well. I have since called back and no response from the automated message or any one in office. Communication is key and If there was transparency I could have ordered elsewhere.
