Do NOT ever use this place to order eyewear. They are never open and service sucks. First appointment one of the ladies just didn't come to work so there was a backlog of people waiting. First attempt at pickup they just didn't come to work "for an event in Birmingham ". Whatever that means. Now my 3rd attempt they are "closed all day for inventory ". It's a joke of an operation. There must be real professionals somewhere in Birmingham.

I have been here twice. The first time was a great experience. Today, I am here for a surgical follow up and vision check. Simone is the tech doing my exam. She is fantastic! She taught me things about eye pressure that I've never been taught. She made me feel so comfortable, too! I'll be asking for her next time I'm here!

I took my son to this location today. Tammy at the front desk was very amazing, and kind to us. He didn't have an appointment, but they were kind enough to work him in. Dr. Morgan had him in and out within 15 minutes or less. I highly recommend the UAB Callahan Eye location in Trussville.

I am only basing this on bringing my mother; I can't speak to the quality of care but the slowness is absolutely awful. If you are going to make people wait so very long you need more than one bathroom, perhaps drinks and snacks. There's no reason to wait 90 minutes + for the eye doctor. There are plenty of other places in town that are more respectful of your time.

This eye care place is terrible! The staff clearly don't know what they're doing there! I've been trying to get my glasses for sometime now and they're pretty much holding them hostage! If by chance I do get them,I'll NEVER deal with them AGAIN! WORST. CLINIC. EVER!

My appointment was at 8:45. I got here at 8:20. They receive my co pay then forgets that I am here. I drove 1 hour in all this rain just to be sitting in a waiting area. I go up & ask why haven't I been called, they didn't even make me chart in order for me to be called. My 1st time here & more likely my last. I'm beyond frustrated.
