I couldn't get an appointment in Jasper until May/26 so i made appointment with AB on line before my 2025 yearly was expired. The eye Dr was friendly & knowledgeable. Kris who helped me with my glasses was wonderful! Gave me truthful answers as to which frames looked the best. Prices reasonable. Staff was very friendly also. Will go back again this year.

Waste of time and money. Received incorrect prescription, didn't even finish my exam to find what my eyesight actually was, left being told I needed readers and vision therapy. Immediately went to Cullman eyes and was given a thorough exam with an accurate prescription.from there I was able to get the glasses and contacts I needed to see far away.

I told the lady i was there for the $199.00 deal. we'll to get eye exam it's either pay a extra $20 to use a imaging machine or $20 to get your eyes dilated. ok then you are supposed to get 2 pairs and eye exam for 199. 00 frames say $79.00 well i chose 1 $79 and 1 $39 from clearance. ok then because the doc said I needed a anti glare coating it took me out of the promotional price. they never said anything about not being in the promo so the total is $393.00. I told them I will pay for the eye exam but they are using deceptive business practices. I will buy glasses eyes where.0

The entire staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful, the doctor was thorough and even had a great sense of humor! Kris was so frickin awesome! He helped me choose my frames and he didn't lie to me! He told me if they were a 'no' and I LOVE that!! From start to finish, I had a great experience at the Cullman store and I'll definitely go there next year.

Had the best experience ever buying glasses and Kris and Sadie was so helpful. I got 2 pairs of high end progressive glasses for un $600 dollars that's a great deal I paid $800 for my progressive last time and it was just 1 pair I would recommend anyone to go and see Kris or Sadie! The doctor was very helpful and understanding as well ! I'll be using this place from here on out! Best customer service I've ever had!

First time here and I wasn't impressed. I felt like a dollar sign and not a patient. The eye doctor himself was okay very routine feeling. I ask for my glasses to be mailed to me because I didn't have a ride to come back. About 2 weeks later I get a box and inside were my glasses and a clear plastic case. No packing paper and the case wasn't secured so my glasses had been bouncing around inside this box without protection since they were mailed. I spent over 400$ for this. Because of my situation I had to get my glasses here but I will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone. They advertise these great prices but they don't care to mention those great prices don't include the majority of patients. NEVER going back.
