Brought our 3 year old for his yearly eye exam and couldn't be more pleased. We have used many offices over the years, but this was easily our favorite. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dr, to the lady who SOOO patiently helped him find some glasses were amazing. All very kind and had a great attitude!

I've worn glasses my entire life, and this is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a $650 set of glasses from them about 1.5 years ago, a pair of ray-ban wayfarers with prescription lenses. The frames under both lenses in the exact same spot, came apart in my hands while I was gently cleaning them. I went to the store, they told me I would need to go through ray-ban. No problem. I submit everything to ray-ban and they tell me to take them to sunglasses hut so they can see them in person. I drive to Huntsville and do that, only to find out the lenses were cut too big for this model of wayfarer. Went back to Myeyedr in Cullman, AL and they still refused to do anything to help me. I have called corporate 4 times, was assured someone would call me back. I have submitted numerous requests online to be contacted. These frames have a 2 year warranty. Period. Myeyedr incorrectly cut my lenses and broke my frames, won't take responsibility and won't contact me back regarding my issue. Honestly not sure I've ever received more poor customer service from ANY other company. Do your self a favor, go to Boozer or Americas Best or anywhere besides this company. Absolutely atrocious. I have my glasses taped up precariously just so I can see. They don't care. The guy that runs the glasses shop there is beyond useless. Still waiting for my call, may even take this to small claims court just to get corporates attention.

The doctors and the staff at Myeyedoctor Cullman are fantastic. Each one spends time with you to get to know; if you like contacts or glasses; how long you've been wearing them. For example I have worn contacts for many decades, so they don't force me to learn how to put my contacts in again or all the other steps that go with first time users. You can get in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time even after the staff assist you in every area. I highly recommend.

Very professional, friendly, homie, comfortable environment, I came thirty minutes early and was seen within 15 was greeted with open arms and a smile, everyone was easy to talk to and communicate with attentive and good listeners needless to say I'm hooked for life

I hate going to the doctor. Inspite of this I had a very pleasant experience here! Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor explained everything in detail about my eyes, and did a very thorough exam. The lady that helps pick out glasses was super helpful and friendly. Y'all have a new patient!!

Yes ive been useing myeyedr for going on 2yrs now.ad ive ever been disapointed allways very professional . They dont keep you waiting. And they are so helpfull with any questions you may have
