This was by far my best experience with eye care professionals since my first exam I can remember as a child. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and above all knowledgeable. Facility is easy to locate and access, clean, and welcoming. There was no attempt at an upsale for services that I didn't need nor want. The exams were all quick and intuitive with no initial wait time for me upon checking in. All whom I spoke with made sure I understood what we were discussing from pricing of each exam, what is covered by insurance, as well as my exam results afterwards and made a point to see if there were any unanswered questions I may have. I even had to reschedule this appointment the day prior and that was absolutely the smoothest scheduling I've experienced. The initial booking was pleasantly simple as well. I now have an eye/vision care team that I will gladly visit again for my next appointment instead of trying to search around again for a better option, because they are the best based on my experiences.

I was seen immediately, several tests were done with minimal wait, Dr. Graffangino explained my condition thoroughly and the staff was kind to both me and my son.
