Location was not Cullman office, it was HOMEWOOD office and the nurses at this office they were great. Dr. Albright
did an excellent job on both eyes for cataract surgery, I did
fine with both eyes as directed by the doctor and the eye drops he recommends. It's amazing how bright things are on my television, iPad and iPhone and they were really easier for me to see. I would recommend to give Dr. Albright five stars!

All staff from registration to Dr Madonia were very courteous and professional. I only had to wait around 5 minutes before getting called to the back. Each test on my eyes was explained before being started. The office was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I definitely recommend Vision America.

This is a very efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and professional group of subject matter experts. Every interaction has been pleasant, authentic and satisfactory. I only remember one or two names, so I won't mention them as to not exclude the others (my eyes were just blurry so I didn't see every name tag) but I know these people are good at what they do and actually care. Dr Steward, thank you for your pleasant, even keel, and precise labor with me today as your patient. Nothing about any of my experiences here have been negative, slow, or difficult. 6/5 stars.

The lady at the front desk and the ladies administering the eye tests were all nice and efficient..Dr. Paulk put me at ease right away even as he explained the procedure. The only caveat is having to wait until May 5 before I can actually see again. I suddenly lost half my sight 3 days before Cheistmas. Waited 2 1/2 months just to see Dr. Paulk. I have barely seeing to read right now to read; and I cannot see to drive on account of clouds in my vision and GLARE that renders me nearly blind if I try to drive on ANY road! This has been extremely frustrating for me. I used to read my Bibles all the time and now I can barely see to read. May 5. 2026 can't get here fast enough!

. From the office staff to the medical staff to Dr Brown, everyone is kind, caring, and encouraging. Wait time is rarely much past scheduled appointment time. Personnel is patient and helpful in answering questions. And while this is a busy practice, you do not feel rushed out without having time to address any concerns with Dr Brown. I leave feeling like my care was important and I was treated with respect. I recommend Dr Brown and his staff highly. Thank you.
