The guy who took me to the back with all the tattoos was very nice & he's funny too the thing that blows in your eye was crazy work!!! Elisha (I think that was her name) was the one who helped me pick out my frames she was so nice .. Everyone in the place had good vibes, good vibes !!The lady who gave me my glasses when they were ready was very nice also she made me feel really good about my frames she was like go outside & come back in & when I did I couldn't believe how green the trees & bushes were it was insane smh definitely a whole new world indeed!!! The doctor who did my exam was super nice also he was very respectful & kind.. LAST BUT NOT LEAST (I saved the best for last ) J'Dana Ray was awesome!! I love when she's there it makes me so happy & I really enjoy her she's a good person!! I love my new lenses they're so .. I can see better than 20/20 it's amazing Thank you Marx Optical & your amazing, kind, wonderful, respectful, sweet, nice, professional TEAM

PLEASE PLEASE GO SEE BRANDON AT MARX OPTICAL!!!! He had me laughing the ENTIRE time speaking with him. He is very knowledgeable and will make your appointment so fun!! I didn't get the other two ladies name but they were awesome also!! Dr. Harris answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information about my eyes!! I love this location's team! Had a great experience. I highly recommend Heaven for the initial tests. She was so kind and courteous during the first exams you have to take. I also recommend Rachel to help you find your perfect frame choice. She knows what shape frames will fit your face. Both of these ladies are excellent and professional at what they do. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

Have always had a great experience with Marx optical! Doctors are on time and don't keep patients waiting for long at all. The techs are thorough and have always been kind and helpful! Rachael Gardner helps me every time it comes to looking for which frames I want and any time I need them fixed she does that for me as well. I even bought my now favorite pair of glasses because I saw her wearing them and how good they looked!

I had an amazing experience! My appointment went very smooth and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and checked my eyes thoroughly. Rachael helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses that suit my face very well and it didn't take long at all for them to be ready!

Marx Optical they are really good at what they do Eyes glasses. but they are the most expensive eye vision places in Decatur Alabama even with having premium eye care insurance and the insurance paid two hundred dollars for my frames my glasses still cost me three hundred and fifty five dollars for the lenses. So I don't know how someone without insurance can go to Marx Optical and get an eye exam and glasses without it costing them out of pocket five hundred dollars... No wonder so many people are walking around blind. The doctor and the employees were nice and well trained and super friendly. And they also have free coffee and bottled water while you wait for your eye exam. So the only thing that was bad was the $555.00 for one pair of glasses

I am extremely pleased. Dana is the best; very personable and professional.....as I told her and Dr. Mann she deserves a raise!!!~ After having checked pricing at other outlets I will be returning tomorrow to purchase my new glasses. I highly recommend Marx Optical!!~
