I have been coming to this clinic for several years and have always felt like they have done a great job and have been very through and nice. Between the friendly front desk staff, knowledgeable doctors and eyewear selection I would not go anywhere else for my eyecare needs! Riley also worked with me through scheduling conflicts several times and was very helpful squeezing me in.

The staff is great! From Brittany their manager who was also my tech to my eyewear consultant Maegan! They were all very informative! Dr. Teichmiller is very thorough and attentive. Definitely recommend them!

They were very unprofessional they told me that it was going be A certain price then when were really disrespectful about everything and told me that I should have been prepared for this. I would have not gone if they would've told me that it was gonna be so much more on top of my insurance that they said would cover all except the original amount that they told me in the beginning but they said it was a hundred dollars more. I could pay understand it being off by maybe twenty dollars but a hundred dollars there is no way to anticipate that. I asked before what I was going to be paying out of pocket. They said $10 copay and the one part was extra $39 that insurance didn't cover. That's it. That's why I asked before saying yes to the extra part that was going to be an extra $39!!!! But that's it! Insurance was supposed to cover everything else. But now I look like I am in the wrong to a room full of strangers waiting to be seen! It was so embarrassing that I even whispered it was embarrassing and she said loud and rude "everyone has something going on". Yes I get that I was just stating. I would have appreciated being took to a private area to discuss this not in front of everyone which made my anxiety high and everything else going on in my life it just caused me to become extremely anxious and feel like I was being made out to be someone who done this intentionally. No one gave me the opportunity to pay with my card the extra money that I had sent to cover charges (while sitting there) they just rudely kept saying they were taking care of it. I was being made out to be trying to get off without paying. I was not. I was explaining how I didn't expect this and didn't have this and now was going to have to borrow. I then at that point became a "problem" and from then on I felt the lowest anyone has ever made me feel. do not recommend this place to anyone

Lovely office. Very friendly front desk lady. Fast appointment. Should you have an annual eye exam or have specific questions, this will be a place to come. Dr. Cam and his assistant Brittany were my care team Very professional and patient with explanaining things to the patient. Should you need eye glasses, they have very good selection brand names frames at good prices. Insurance or no insurance all welcome.

The staff and doctor in Decatur were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice for your eye health and eyewear

Went for a glasses exam and i had in contacts and the doctor told me to throw them away well i did after i got done with the exam they gave me a pair of contacts since i was told to throw my other ones away since they was irritating my eyes. Well they were trying to charge me $60 for them well i paid them and got irritated. Fast forward a couple weeks later my glasses came in and they said theyll knock off the $60 since i was charged for the contacts i said thats fine well a couple weeks later i get a bill in the mail for the $60 they want back! Im not paying them for charging me in first place! Never had this issue with the my eye doctor in Cullman and i was using them for a few years since i moved i figured i would get the myeye doctor in Decatur well thats a mistake I'll never come back here again.
