My Boyz and I have been going to Dr. Potter for a long period of time. Dr. Potter has always been very pleasant along with his "Amazing" staff. They are always very professional with a peaceful atmosphere. They have seen us thru eye injuries, first set of glasses, broken glasses, eye plugs and now today eye contacts for my youngest son.. Our eye technician today was "Ms.Sam" she was "Phenomenal" and so patient with my son; she even took the time to take out her personal contacts out of her eyes to show my son how to take the contacts in/out correctly after he watched the eye contact video. I would highly recommend "Potter Eyecare" to anyone one that wants a warm/professional experience. This office truly makes all of their patients feel welcome. Thank you "All" for your hard work!!

I have been waiting 7 months for my son's glasses to come in from this place. I called and asked them about it, they said the system said I had already received them, I hadn't. They were already paid for. In the meantime, my son's yearly visit came up, he got a new prescription. I told them I won't be buying glasses there, I'm still waiting on the old prescription glasses I bought from them to come in. I asked them what my son's PD was so I could buy him glasses elsewhere, they refuse to give it to me. Not only did they lose a glasses sale, they lost my business for GOOD!! I already found someone that will measure my son's PD for me. My son is now at his first day of school with NO GLASSES!!!! All because of these people. DO NOT USE THEM!
