AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY NICE. PRICES ARE VERY GOOD. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE WORKING THE LOBBY TO HELP CUSTOMERS. WAIT TIME FOR HELP WAS A LITTLE LONG. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME, SO I DID NOT MIND WAITING. THE GENTLEMAN YOU HAVE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND TO HELP ME AND WAS VERY NICE. GET MORE HELP OTHER THAN 2 PEOPLE TO WORK LOBBY.

Got my husband new glasses he needed desperately after his broke. We were a walk-in appointment, they worked him in early, got his eye exam, and brand new frames same day. Everyone from the receptionist, to the optometrist, to the gentleman helping us with the lenses was friendly and helpful. The price was also really good compared to anywhere else. We will be going back for everyone in the family who needs glasses and I will be recommending everyone I know.

As always the customer service was amazing, and a wide variety of frames to choose from and fast service! The only problem was my wife and I both turned prescriptions in, but when they were ready, she was the only one to receive a text message for the pick! She was at work and I was home and if I had received a text message, I could have picked them up earlier that day and wouldn't had to wait the next day for picking them up!

I highly recommend this place! I was a walk-in and they saw me right away. The staff is super friendly, and the doctor was amazing. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure we got my prescription just right. I had several pairs of glasses from a different eye place, but none of them were correct. The doctor explained what he thought was going on and took the time to get my prescription just right. The guy helping me with my glasses was so friendly. I just picked up my glasses and I can finally see again with no blurriness! I will definitely be back.

Very good selection of glasses. They were short staffed and we had to wait to be assisted by the only person working with customers. Four pair of glasses were ready in less than 1 hour, apparently they had more than enough staffing in the lab to craft the glasses.
