During my visit to get a new pair of glasses and new Rx for contacts, I had the pleasure of working with Shuntae. She was lovely. She not only helped me find a pair of glasses, she went above and beyond to make sure I had some trial contacts so that I could be productive in my daily life. She was completely wonderful. Shuntae most definitely knows how to deliver the best customer service. If you go to VSC make sure to ask for her .

I was seen yesterday afternoon, December 8th, and was blessed to witness one of the most caring, kind and compassionate encounters of one of your staff members with an elderly gentleman that was very hard of hearing and was having difficulty understanding what he was there for and how to navigate the process. She was so kind and gentle with him, never getting impatient. In today's world where we get so busy and are just engaged in our own agenda, it was humbling to see this! I also received excellent care and reassurance with the issue I was having with my own eye by Dr Jones and Dr Moring and their respective staff. Thank you Vision Center and Eye Center South

I called the office on November 4,2025. My appointment was scheduled for November 24,2025. I was told that I would be able to have both my comprehensive and retina exams done. The price that I was quoted was $40.00 for my initial exam my insurance is covering the complete exam according to the insurance company. Upon arrival to the office I was told something totally opposite. I was told that they no longer allow you to do both visits on the same day and that the price will now be $99.00 instead of the $40.00 that I was quoted by a call center representative over the phone. After going back and forth with one of the representatives at the front desk I was told now they have to check and see if the doctor can see me mind you three minutes ago they were ready to see me . After I have been explaining to representative an hour had passed by but that was not my fault. I was told that I had been signed in already. So how can you sign a patient in check their insurance cards and identification and wait until much later to tell them that they couldn't be seen because all of a sudden the doctor says it's too late. Mind you there is still a room full of people waiting to see the doctor. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I MEAN TOTALLY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged or noticed for about five or ten minutes. But there were people walking up behind me and they were greeted in a friendly manner. The whole front desk of medical assistants or, medical receptionists need to be fired or replaced with the exception of one. The representative that I spoke to upon arrival wanted to argue with me about what I was told prior to the visit.She has a very nonchalant attitude towards people its as if she really doesn't want to be there which she stated to another coworker she was ready to go home. With her rudeness and behavior it was clearly obvious. She lacks compassion, empathy and sympathy and professionalism. I wasted a whole day at this office for nothing. No one seem to care about the entire situation. Even after the representative at the call center acknowledged that indeed that is what she told me. She explained that she had already spoken to her supervisor and explained what I was told but no one cared. I was just another body in the room that was dismissed. I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I told them absolutely NOT !!! I HAVE A RIGHT TO BE SHOWN COURTESY AND RESPECT AND IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THAT FOR ME ! YOU NO LONGER HAVE MY BUSINESS!! I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY INSURANCE AND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT IS WILLING AND OPEN TO DO SO!

NEVER AGAIN! Back in March 2025 I got an eye exam here and then purchased glasses at their shop in Enterprise. I will not come back here. I'm very disappointed that I had so much eye stress and discomfort after getting these glasses that I went and paid out of pocket for another exam elsewhere and purchased glasses and my eyes went back to normal quickly. I always felt like the glasses purchased here were too strong and the new prescription was different. The lens purchased here also got scratched up very quickly, more than any pair I've ever had. In hindsight, I had issues at DenneyVision and should've known better.

Very attentive! I was slightly put out by the girl at the reception desk. But it turned out all good. The first two ladies I encountered were pleasant and light hearted easy to get along with. Dr Hill and her nurse were timely and professional. The two women that helped me with my glasses selection ( Shuntae and Hillary) were very helpful . They guided me through the entire selection process! All in all it was a pleasant experience !

I had my yearly check up with Dr. Hill this week and it was a very easy process. Every employee that I interacted with was very polite and seemed knowledgeable about their job.

I was told when booking the appointment that it would cost $99. I paid up front as requested before the appointment. Then, I was asked by the doctor if I need contacts as well as glasses. I said yes. I was never told it would be an additional $60. I then got to check out and was very surprised it would be a considerable additional cost, after the service had been done so there was no chance to refuse. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. The service itself was fine but you could tell that everyone was rushing through their step of the treatment to keep up their customer count.

I went in to see Dr Clark. I was met by a very nice staff. This was my first visit and I was quite pleased. I chose the right place for my eye care.
