I took my daughter this morning, excellent experience! Very patient and understanding staff. Dr. Dobbs was excellent. Thank You!!

I have been using this Clinic for years and have never had a problem. Dr Tony and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Dobbs was amazing and I never felt rushed or felt like I didn't understand what he was going over. The office staff has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They were kind and welcoming and instantly calmed my nerves. 10/10 experience and will continue to recommend.

I have been a patient at Dobbs Eye Clinic for many years, and Dr. Chisum has always been incredibly kind and exceptional. The front desk staff has also been great. However, earlier this year, I had a negative experience with an optician technician who was quite rude and made condescending remarks while I was trying on glasses with my husband. Despite this incident, I will continue to visit Dobbs, but I believe the technician could benefit from developing more empathy towards patients.

Took both my girls here to get them some prescription reading glasses. During our visit my 11 year old daughter asked me why the lady at the front desk was giving me dirty looks. Not something you wanna hear from your 11 year old. They argued with me about my insurance since my name had changed, but the insurance number stayed the same. Anyways, we were waiting so long that I was certain they forgot about us in the room we were in. Both my girls were able to get the glasses they needed.

First off, this eye clinic is overly expensive and rushes you through an appointment. I left with a big hole in my wallet wondering if they had measured my vision accurately. Went to pick up my glasses and get fitted and the woman in the Enterprise office was hurried and downright hateful, acting as if I was intruding on her "me" time. The glasses fit crooked on my face and fall down my nose. I recently called to see if I could get my pupillary distance, as they had not provided that when I asked for a copy of my prescription. They would not give me that information and told me to google it (not kidding). Terrible customer service all the way around.

My family has been using Dobbs for years and we have never received anything other than exceptional service! Recently we took my daughter in for her first pair of glasses and I was blown away at the level of kindness and the amount of attention the ladies and Dr Tony showed her. They treated her like she was a movie star and made her feel very special. Dobbs will always have our business!

My prescription was wrong and they said they would redo it. When I got my glasses back, they even had old lenses laying in the tray, but not mine, just put in there to deceive me. When I got to work and tried to use them, they still had the same fine scratches as before. They never replaced the lenses. Just plain LIED TO ME!
