I normally go to the Dothan office but have lately decided that I don't want to have to make that drive unless I have no other option. I'm so glad I made an apt with Enterprise office. The staff & Dr were all so kind as well as efficient. Dr took her time and answered any questions I had. It also looked like they had a nice selection of frames for those that don't use contacts. I would highly suggest this office if your local or don't want to make the chaotic trip to Dothan.

I had an appointment at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist, Kelsey, was very disappointing. She seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in, sighed heavily, clapped her hands in frustration, and acted as if she didn't want to help us at all. It was our first time visiting and we expected a more welcoming attitude. This level of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable, especially in a medical setting. I hope the clinic addresses this issue for the sake of future patients.

I want to write this post because I think feedback is extremely important when you are in the medical field of any type. I believe the front desk is often a huge reflection upon the provider. I just want to first off say that the lady who did our intake was excellent. Blonde with glasses. She was able to make the eye tests into games that eased my son's fears and made him feel more comfortable. She also helped out by giving gentle reminders please sit here and please don't touch that. Which helps a lot because my son has ADHD. And 4pm is when his medication is wearing off and he is doing his best. Dr Smith is always good and has been seeing us for many years. But when I went up front things didn't feel comfortable to me. First I felt sort of rushed with the questions on pricing and how everything worked. And of course my son is all over the place. A pair of glasses fell off their perch because he was turning the display. I could see the looks I was getting from the staff. I sat in my car after we exited and realized I didn't recall anyone that really smiled at us from the front desk either. I think it's becoming more important for there to be more awareness for children like mine who have a disability like ADHD. Who shouldn't be looked at as a nuisance or misbehaving child but a little person who is just different than we are. I feel the front desk needs more of a kid friendly attitude being that they are probably a good portion of your business. And maybe it would be more helpful for a front attendant to help with redirecting while I am trying to spend money there. I think the kids reading corner is very good which we used when we were waiting to be seen. But maybe adding some sensory toys for ADHD, autistic, or on the spectrum children to use if staff do not wish to engage with the children that come into the office. So adults can spend money and have a second to listen to the staff for pricing and paperwork. One of the greatest things that I have seen is when we go to oak park dental they have materials and a place in each room for the child to color while a parent receives their cleaning. They have a stuffed dog that they use for special needs children to hold to help with anxiety and being more focused on being compliant for the cleaning or procedure. And any child who feels afraid or needs distraction so procedures can be complete. I want to say this as well some of us do not have anyone else at home, we are our child's only guardian and we really are doing our best. We don't bring our kids in to cause chaos or touch every single thing in your office but some of these kids just can't help it. I just would appreciate the feedback being taken as a way to improve and we will continue to use this provider because I think these things can be worked on. I think it's important to advocate for children like my son who just need people to have a little more understanding. Children are patients too and they should be treated with ultimate kindness. Greeted with a smile and feel safe where they are receiving their medical care. It all starts with the people at the front desk. The person who does the hello and the goodbye is the face of the office. I think it's important to say have a great day and to ask questions like "how was your care today and do you have anymore questions?" Have stickers on hand for the kids and the front desk personnel working collectively to care for each patient. Especially kids. That's just my two cents and its not meant to harm but to give helpful suggestions. We thank you as always for taking care of our eyes.

My visit at Vision Center South Enterprise exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. This appt was for my 3-year-old. They were very patient with her as she was very scared, and the wait time was very minimum. I would like to give a special thank you to Peyton, Kelsey, Eloree, and Shannon. Dr.Smith and her entire team are awesome!! 10/10 I would recommend!

Buying glasses is not much fun and pricey. I was referred by a friend and walked in without and appointment and they were able to work me in for the day. They were great! Absolutely great service and very helpful. Worked with me on my insurance and were able to get me set with 2 pairs for a great price. Great selection of frames at all prices. Thank you. I will be back.

Doctor Kelly was absolutely amazing! Also please be advised that they charge you or your insurance company $40 to get a copy of your printed prescription. I will pay what I owe and leave them in love. Please ask for things in writing. The stars are for Dr. Kelly and the young lady who took me back that day. Thanks for going above and beyond.

There's not enough great things I could say about my experience here. Check in was quick, after a brief wait in the waiting room I was called back to be prepped that was quick too. The Doctor was informative and answered all of my questions. Katelyn out front assisted me with picking out my glasses. She was personable, kind, and helpful. Vision center south in Enterprise is a true gem! Thank you!

Dr. Kelly Smith and her team are outstanding in every sense of the word. I was able to get in for my appointment with minimal wait time and was treated quickly and professionally. Dr. Smith treated me with great care and would recommend her and her team for all eye care needs.
