This is my second appointment with them and it was very thorough. The lady that done the eye test was very friendly and helpful, the doctor was kinda quiet but it was quick with him and Angela that helped me up front with my glasses, was very friendly and very informative! She explained everything to me perfectly! Great experience!

First off, let me be sure to say that the receptionist as well as everyone I dealt with were pleasant and friendly. They are awesome, especially the receptionist. She took a crazy amount of time to help me find my insurance. Unfortunately, it's the doctors I have a problem with. The first one I saw rushed me in and out. While I was waiting for my follow up appointment I called them about an eye infection I was dealing with while using these trial lenses. They told me to go to urgent care. They should have given me antibiotic drops. I go back for the follow up appointment and this doctor was slow as Christmas. I was in there for THREE HOURS for a follow up appointment! The dr was as sweet as can be and very thorough but my goodness it took way too long. He was able to find that the first one part of my contact lense script wrong. Like I said the receptionist and the rest of the staff I'd give 5 stars but the doctors make it not worth going here.

This is the second year I have used them. I have always had a great experience. The receptionists, the people that examine my eyes, the Optometrist and ladies that measure you for your glasses have always been very pleasant and easy to work with. So I don't have any complaints with anyone. I will continue to use them.

Great location lots of parking. The inside was very clean and after you are greeted you are able to pick out the frames you like without pressure. There are different prices for you to choose from for the frames. There is additional charge for things like the quality of the lens, transitional, coating..etc. Jacob is a great Technician, he showed us all of the options available. It was a pleasant experience no pressure and we were very happy with our purchase.

Best experience Dr victor Tran was the most amazing DR 35 minutes in and out. My child has never saw the world so clear...her words. So thank you for such service and kindness!!

I had a great experience at this location. They squeezed me in for an appointment on short request and I was in and out within an hour. The office personnel were all professional and polite and helpful. The doctor was thorough and explained my eye scans in detail. I ordered reading glasses and glasses for driving at night and got both for under $100 total (including the scan I opted for instead of dilation and the extra charge for antiglare coating for my driving glasses). Very pleasant and easy experience.

Dr mark. Was extremely rude. Made me almost cry in the room with him. Asked me repeatedly " those arnt your glasses. " and " that makes no sense" . Extremely unprofessional. And rude. Especially after having no insurance after 3 years. I expected kindness and understanding.

I went into americas best to get my prescription filled from another place. I walked in and walked up to a female and told her what I needed and she they were busy right now so I looked at some frames. There was 2 customers sitting there getting fit for their glasses. She when behind the counter and sit down So I just walked out and I will never go back. We used their location in Birmingham, Alabama and you couldn't ask for anyone nicer and get to you in a timely manner.
