I was shocked to see the reviews. I've been a patient for years and had only the best experience. The staff & Dr. Nobel has shown nothing but the highest level of professionalism.

The front staff is as friendly and welcoming as can be! Great custom service!! But that Sarah, she's a handful as rude and unprofessional as can be. No sense of empathy for bed ridden patients at all. Her attitude is what gets businesses 2 star reviews when they should get 5. Maybe Vision America would get those 5 stars without the horrid multiple personalities that exists within Sarah. Great job Vision America!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. My dad is 80 years old. He needed cataract surgery and I live two hours away. I'm not familiar with the area. I went to the location and the surgery was at a different location. I walked into the location where the address was on the first page of the packet. Not a single person said hello. I said we were here for surgery and the lady still said nothing. I then said are we at the wrong location. She shook her head yes. Okay, what is the address to the correct location? She stated it's in your packet! Okay, we are gonna be late now because we went to the wrong place. What is the address? She didn't say anything just handed me a map and a piece of paper with directions. I go get in my car and look it over. There is no address written anywhere. I tried to go back in and she had locked the door. I was in no way rude or mean. I just needed the address and phone number to call and say we would be late. She let me in and I handed her the information she gave me and she continues to not communicate with me. I asked if she sees the address on here and I'm missing it. I waited for her to respond. She grabbed a pen and I guess was writing it down . Open your mouth and communicate with people. I asked her if she was getting me the information. She rudely stated, "that's what I doing" with a snarl on her face! You shouldn't work in an office dealing with people if you can't be kind and helpful and show grace to people who ask for help... then get out of the line of work you're in. The lady has blonde hair. I asked her name then she proceeded to give me her name and two other names who worked there knowing I might not remember the right lady. The place looked dead on the outside! I understand why. Good luck keeping customers when you treat people like this. Your job is to help patients. It shouldn't be inconvenient for you to open your mouth and speak with people when they come in the door. A simple, I'm sorry your at the wrong location let me help you find the right address and phone number to call ahead. DO NOT USE VISION AMERICA! Furthermore, they messed up my dads surgery two times. This is our third attempt because they didn't do their job! Horrible experience and now I see lots of negative reviews! You should be FIRED! I hope, I get a chance to talk to the doctor and tell him my experience with you! Totally unacceptable behavior!

I see the reason for all of the terrible reviews now. I literally just called to make an appointment (because a friend referred me). I tell the first woman who answered the phone that I would like to make an appointment. She asks if I have a doctor referral. I say, "No, why would I need a referral?" She asks me to hold. Woman # 2 picks up the line and says, "In order to see Dr. Nobles here, you need to have a medical condition like diabetes, glaucoma, or dry eyes. Do you have one of those?" I respond with "no". She says, "ok, thank you" .. click. Literally.. hangs up on me. I mean I get it. If that is the policy, then that is the policy. I did ask why ... and I guess, technically she did answer .. but wow. Just wow.

I am scheduled for cataract surgery tomorrow, but I still do not know what time I should be there for said surgery. It is 2:40 PM and no on has called to let me know. I called earlier and they said that someone would call, but wouldn't give me a time. I need to arrange my ride there and back, but I don't know what time to tell them to come get me, when to be there, or anything. This is ridiculous. IF you can get them to answer the phone, you can give up getting any pertinent information regarding your own medical care. If this place wasn't recommended by my insurance I would not use them. If at all possible, please choose another medical care provider.

Great experience with Dr. Noble's and his team today. Katie was great streamlining my check in process!

This place is absolutely incompetent and rude. They scheduled me for incorrect procedure and had I not called prior to appt I would not have known I did not feel comfortable allowing any procedure to my EYES after that to be done by these people
