The Doctors and the staff are phenomenal! We have had an opportunity to use both of the Doctors in this office and both are amazing. They are very friendly and personable and you leave the office feeling like you've been in the very best care there is. The front desk/office employees are equally amazing. Excellent from beginning to end! After an awful experience at another business, I decided to try Eyes on Guntersville based on a recommendation. I'm so glad I did. My care was great and my new trifocals are perfect. The staff was friendly, and listened to my needs. I would definitely recommend!

Staff and Drs were always very friendly, but the long wait times were too frequent. At least a 45 minute wait at every appt. Even when I called one morning and requested an earlier appt, I still ended up being seen at the original time and was late to my next appt. A Patients time is just as valuable as a Doctors time, so I must find somewhere who can respect my time as I do there's.

oh my gosh! the staff is so nice and sweet.. In today's world that's rare yes even in a dr's office . and Dr. Lane was also nice and sweet. My husband hurt his eye and he was a new patient they worked him in so the Dr. could see him. We don't have a eye Dr. but we will come back to there office. thank you all so so much.
