My wife and I were impressed with how easy it was to make exam appointments. Once we were at the exams, we had a pleasant experience. Dr. Holmes was friendly, thorough and very professional. Her optician was as pleasant and professional as well. We are pleased with our new glasses and would recommend this clinic highly.

Came to pickup my sons eyeglasses . I knew that close at 5 pm so I was pushing it to get there in time. I arrived in front of the business at exactly 4:58pm.Got off my motorcycle and when I turned around towards the door someone behind the desk ducked down so they couldn't be seen. However, they held onto the chair that was there and I could see it moving. I knew someone was there so I even knocked on the glass door. I mean, all I needed was to pickup my son ,(who is special needs )glasses that are ready. I mean what. Take maybe a minute.. Very immature and unprofessional

I would definitely not recommend this practice. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because the office staff is friendly and seemed genuinely to want to help. I have been wearing trifocals for 13 years now, have never had any difficulty in getting glasses that fit my vision needs. Until now. First time I got these glasses back the prescription was completely wrong and I literally couldn't see to drive. Returned them. Second time around I can't see to work on my computer without tilting my head back. Was told they were going to do nothing about it - weren't going to fix it a second time. The doctor's suggestion - buy a second pair of glasses from them for computer use. Really? I'm supposed to drop $600 - $700 on another pair of glasses because they apparently can't correctly provide me with a pair of trifocals I can actually use? I can't use my insurance benefit for another two years as well, so going somewhere else is going to cost me that $600 to $700 again. On top of it, the lens quality of these is mediocre at best. I've worn glasses for 53 years now - I do know the difference between excellence and just okay. My husband got his glasses from here as well and they've never fit correctly, despite numerous "adjustments." Very frustrated and unhappy - definitely will not be back and would never recommend.

My son is 13 and in the autism spectrum. They were amazing with him. I took my daughter last week also. The are always nice and explained everything in detail. We love these people and I wont take them anywhere else

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff and doctor. They were polite, personable, and helpful! I needed to reschedule, and the receptionist was very accommodating. I highly recommend this practice!

Amazing staff and it didn't take long at all. Wonderful experience.
