The staff at the Vision Center is very sweet and prompt. The eye doctor is a very energetic kind man and explains everything to you very well. The only problem I have had is that when I ordered my glasses they told me that they would be there in 3 days and it has been 7 days and I am still waiting on them. Overall great experience but the lab that makes the glasses needs to do what they say they are going to do.

Was very blessed on a Saturday morning to be worked in because I had something in my eye. The staff was super friendly on the phone and in person. They went above and beyond to take care of my emergency need. The Dr was super friendly and thorough and very professional. Explained everything very well. Comforted me that all was going to be ok and to return if things were not in a few days. I was turned away by the Boaz location and refused service because the Dr there was going on vacation tomorrow. I highly recommend the Guntersville location. Thank you staff and Dr for taking care of me today. I pray blessings to all of you!!!!

I've been using the Walmart Vision Center in Guntersville for the last three years. Dr. Stratton is excellent and I feel like he gives a more comprehensive exam than other eye doctors I've had anyway. I do know after he started doing my exams my new glasses made it like I had the eyes of a 20 year old again. And lets not forget the friendly staff and I get great glasses and I am spending less than ever before. What more could you ask for in a Vision Center?

I went to the optical department to order replacements for scratched lenses. Did not need to see the optometrist since I had a current copy of my prescription. I was told I had to make an appointment. I asked why and was told they require an appointment for anything now. It was a perfect example of the bureaucratic mind set. The conversation was brief but still took longer than the order would have. I don't do business with people who waste my time. They have lost a regular customer.
